common survey's requested from B.E.B. and Associates.

Improvement Location Certificate:
This is not a survey but is a location of a home or
business as it sits on its lot.
Typically this is requested in order to confirm setback requirements are met as
well as for title insurance needs.
Improvement Survey and ALTA Survey:
This is a survey that will locate a home or
business, utilities, and many other items on the lot as well as establish the
boundary lines of the lot.
This is typically requested by a title company for the sale of a business.
Boundary or Lot Survey:
This is a survey that will establish the boundary
lines of a lot.
This is typically requested to resolve boundary line disputes or to enable a
property owner to know where to build there fencing.
Recorded Exemptions and Subdivision
Exemptions:
This is a survey that will divide a smaller piece
of rural property from a larger one based on County requirements.
This is typically requested when a rural property owner whishes to divide his
property either for sale or for financing reasons.
Planimetric Mapping:
This is a survey that will locate all existing
items on a property in order to prepare a map of the area.
This is typically requested to assist in construction design.
Topographic Mapping:
This is a survey that will locate the existing
grade breaks on a property in order to prepare a contour map.
This is typically requested to assist in construction design, to show existing
drainages and to resolve drainage problems.
Construction Staking:
This is staking based on plans to assist
contractors in the construction or various projects.
